Chiropractic
Chiropractors in our centre are considered primary care providers. We oversee the patient’s schedule of care and manage their case, and work very closely with our other in-house therapists and personal trainers to get the best outcome for our patients.
Massage
Our team have regular training and have so far trained in the following techniques:
Deep tissue massage • Relaxing massage
Hot stone massage • Indian head massage
Pregnancy massage (not for pregnancies of less than 12 weeks) • Dry needling

Dry needling is a simple but very effective technique in reducing muscle tension. It requires a good understanding of anatomy for obvious reasons.
Health Classes
How is your posture?
These classes are held monthly in each of our clinics and last around 30 minutes. They outline the “dos and don’ts” of posture, how to improve it and how to maintain those improvements.
