Booking

Please note that all new patients are required to complete an initial consultation process, commonly referred to as “Day One” and “Day Two”, in line with professional standards set by the General Chiropractic Council (GCC). This includes a detailed examination followed by a clear explanation of findings, recommendations, and proposed care. Further information can be found via the General Chiropractic Council.

 

Where clinically appropriate, we always aim to help patients obtain relief as soon as possible, and in some cases both appointments may occur on the same day. However, they will not occur immediately one after another, as sufficient time is required for assessment and clinical review. This can only be determined following examination and remains at the discretion of the chiropractor.

 

Please also note that it is not possible to determine in advance whether X-rays or further imaging may be required, as this can only be assessed following the initial examination.

 

Appointments can be booked online, by telephone, or in person at reception.

Cancellation Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Late Arrivals

Please note that late arrival may result in your appointment being shortened or, where insufficient time remains for appropriate care, cancelled and rescheduled. This helps us maintain high standards of care and remain respectful of other patients’ appointment times.

Such requests will be considered in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, and clinical obligations. However, in accordance with GCC professional guidance, healthcare records must be retained for the minimum required retention period before any such request can be considered.
