Years I ago I had a lightbulb moment. I get my car serviced regularly, why not my body. When I moved to Billericay six years ago one of my first priorities was to find a local chiropractor. I was lucky that I found Grayson. Using a Chiropractor is a strange thing, it is like being on medication. When you feel good you think that you don't need it, it is only when you stop that you realise that was why you always felt good.

I have been coming to the Chiropractic Centre Billericay for many years now and cannot express enough how much their care has positively impacted my wellbeing and quality of life.
Having suffered from persistent back pain for a few years I sought out a Chiropractor to help. From my initial phone call to now once every other month massage and adjustment appointments the Chiropractic Centre Billericay has been a pleasure to deal with. The team are all incredibly friendly and professional. The facilities and environment are calm and welcoming. I am delighted to be able to say that I am now pain free and no longer burdened with the issues that I came in with.
What I have come to learn and appreciate about chiropractic care is that it cannot just help treat bones, muscles and joints but also other seemingly unconnected health issues. At the time of my initial visit, I had also been suffering with frequent headaches (which had been going on for many years) which resulted in me having to rely on paracetamol and ibuprofen on a regular basis. I would never have thought getting regular chiropractic treatment would have any impact on my headaches, but I have been happily surprised that I am no longer suffering with them as I did before.
Grayson is not just a master Chiropractor but an incredibly kind, knowledgeable and personable individual. I am always made to feel at ease and well looked after during my adjustments.
Likewise, Julie is an amazingly friendly and caring expert massage therapist. She always goes above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable and cared for during my appointment.
The clinic management team of Ying and Gemma offer impeccable service. You are always welcomed as soon as you enter the clinic and any queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently either face to face, via phone or email.
All other staff members who I haven’t spent as much time with during my visits have always been professional, courteous and welcoming.

Grateful to have found the chiropractic center, after suffering from back pain for many years I now have an adjustment once a month after having an intense course of three adjustments a week to alleviate my pain. Since then with my regular adjustments I’ve been pain free, as well as that I’ve gained knowledge on how to look after myself in a better way after attending a talk about chiropractic treatment at the clinic. Grayson and all the staff are very warm friendly passionate and knowledgeable about what they do. I highly recommend a visit, you may be surprised how much a chiropractor can help!. They also offer massage therapy too.

I chose this chiropractic centre to the fact that Grayson is trained to work with pregant women and babys. It's a very friendly practise and you know you're in top care. Greyson Is extremely knowledgeable on not only chiropractic care but also health and healing.
Also an extra mention to the day I had to bring my two young boys with me into the clinic. He was wonderful with them being there and managed to entertain them whilst treating me! They even asked to come again on my next appointment!

Grayson is a real professional at The Chiropractic Centre, and he’s given my husband and me the best care possible. He really helped my husband with his neck pain by making some specific adjustments and giving us some practical advice. Now he’s much more mobile and feels so much better overall. Katie is also fantastic! She’s always so helpful and knows exactly what to say in her messages. The whole reception team is really welcoming and supportive, making it easy to schedule appointments and follow up.

Would highly recommend Grayson. Bought my at the time 7 week old daughter who was in a lot of pain and constantly crying. Within 3 sessions I noticed a huge difference. Grayson went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and even called us couple days later to check on how my daughter was doing. I’ve been visiting Grayson at the practice for three years, and cannot recommend his centre highly enough. I suffered my whole adult life with a bad neck, but not any more - my monthly maintenance appointment keeps me in great condition, and on the rare occasion I have any other type of flare up (I don’t suffer with neck issues at all any more), Grayson identifies the issue immediately, fixes it, and I walk out pain-free. I have high standards, and the team at the Chiropractic Centre surpasses them. First class.

I originally arrive at The Chiropractic Centre with a painful right shoulder around 5 years ago now. As a barber using my right arm is fundamental to my job. I am not only better I now keep coming back for both chiropractic care with Grayson and massage with Ian. What makes this place different is they care!

My left shoulder had been uncomfortable for nearly 6 months before I decided to visit. After x-rays and a thorough review I agreed to an intense start up program of chiropractic adjustment and massage treatment over a few months. My shoulder issues have been addressed and with a future monthly plan of 1 adjustment and 1 massage I'm very happy with the results and ongoing treatments.

I’ve attended the Chiropractic Centre for well over 10 years. The service I receive is second to none. The combination of adjustments and soft tissue massage has helped me overcome a variety of issues. Grayson and his team are always on hand to help me. I recently suffered with a terrible pain in my neck, Ying got me straight in to see Grayson on a busy Saturday and got me the much needed help. I’ve been visiting the clinic for the past 3 months, working with Grayson on corrections and tailored exercises, and seeing Ian for massages. Such a warm and lovely chiropractic practice where you can rest assured that you are being looked after by tip top professionals who actually make a difference. Highly trained in their fields both Grayson on the chiropractic side has helped me with flexibility, posture and pain as has Ian who is exceptional at massage. He is the best massage therapist I have been to and I have been to quite a number. I can’t fault Grayson at all; he certainly knows his “stuff” and is very skilled in his area of expertise. I've been seeing Daniel for just over a month now I have been suffering from nerve endings touching a bulging disc which have been causing a lot of pain in my arms and neck which causes pain when reaching for things picking things up often dropping things and since seeing Daniel and having massages my condition has improved my sleep is improved where I was suffering a lot with not being able to sleep through pain and being uncomfortable now my sleep has improved as well .Daniel has warned me that he cannot cure my condition but can make me more comfortable for me to live with. I would highly recommend Daniel at the chiropractor centre billericay you also get a very warm welcome when coming in as the receptionist is very professional and friendly .

I can't praise highly enough how Dan, the chiropractor and Katie, my massage miracle worker, have helped me. I have gone from living on painkillers every day to hardly taking any at all now. I am so grateful for what they have achieved in a very short period of time. My treatment is still ongoing and I look forward to being pain free at the end of treatment. What conditions can chiropractors treat?
Our experienced chiropractors at the Chiropractic Centre can treat a wide range of different conditions, from back pain, neck pain and recurrent headaches/migraines, to arthritis, fibromyalgia and diagnosed musculoskeletal disorders. Book an appointment to find out how we can help.
Does chiropractic treatment hurt?
Many people who haven’t had chiropractic treatment before worry that their sessions will be painful. However, treatment is usually painless unless an area is swollen.
You may experience slight discomfort as your body is manipulated, but this usually only lasts for a few moments. You may also hear clicking and popping sounds.
These are all perfectly normal and expected parts of chiropractic treatment and nothing to be concerned about, but if you have worries, please speak to your chiropractor on the day.
Is chiropractic treatment safe?
Absolutely, when it is performed by a trained and registered chiropractor. It’s quite normal to experience some aches, pains and stiffness after treatment as your body adjusts and starts to heal.
These side effects are usually mild and last for only a few days. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, it’s important to talk to your chiropractor before starting treatment.
What should I wear to my appointment?
For chiropractic, we simply ask that you wear something comfortable that allows free movement. We do recommend avoiding skirts or dresses, as these can limit mobility during your treatment.
For massage, your therapist will always work in a way that makes you feel most comfortable. Most patients choose to remove clothing from the area being massaged, and your modesty will always be protected with towels and sheets.
Can I bring someone with me?
If you would like or need to bring a friend or relative to support you during treatment, that is absolutely fine – we want you to feel as comfortable and at ease as possible.
In some instances, your chiropractor may want another person to act as a chaperone, or a clinical assistant to also be present. This will be discussed with you at your appointment.
Do I need to sign up for a whole treatment plan?
Most patients with acute pain or symptoms initially start with an intensive treatment plan to help them achieve the greatest improvement in their symptoms as quickly as possible. This may mean having a number of treatments over a fairly short timescale.
However, many of our patients then go on to have semi-regular, routine appointments to help them maintain optimal health and wellness.
For patients with chronic conditions, treatment plans tend to be longer-term. However, you can decide to stop treatment any time you like, and you will not be expected to pay for any treatment you haven’t received.
How much does chiropractic treatment cost?
The cost of your chiropractic treatment will depend on the nature of your treatment plan. You can discuss this with your chiropractor. We operate a transparent pricing policy and will always explain and agree on fees with you in advance of your treatments.
