A skilled athlete himself, Ian represented Hong Kong in junior tennis and competed internationally across Asia and Europe, including several professional events. Today, his athletic passion continues through tennis, golf, cycling, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, giving him a personal understanding of movement, recovery, and performance.
